HireChats
The consumer hiring platform ASCAX builds and operates. It does one job well: putting a qualified candidate and a verified employer into the same conversation, against a real opening that still exists today — on the web, on iOS and on Android.
One platform, two sides
Hiring fails when both sides are working from different facts. HireChats makes the same verified record visible to candidate and employer at the same time.
For job seekers
Search a current, salary-transparent view of the market across Canada, the United States and Mexico. Open a posting and you can message the hiring side directly — every application you send carries a state you can see, so nothing vanishes into a résumé black hole.
For employers
Publish structured requisitions from a verified company account, reach candidates matched on real requirements rather than keyword overlap, and run a pipeline where each application has a visible status instead of an untracked inbox.
How it works
Three disciplines sit behind the single interface a user sees.
Collect
Real posting ingestion
We read openings from employer career sites and applicant tracking systems — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Oracle HCM and others — and normalise each one into a structured requisition: title, employer, location, work mode, compensation, requirements.
Verify
Continuous liveness check
Before a listing is shown it is matched to an authoritative source endpoint, and it is re-checked on a schedule. If the posting has closed at the source, or was never a real requisition — a culture page, a job-category index, a placeholder — it is archived, not displayed.
Converse
Match and direct messaging
Structured models rank candidates against the actual requirements of a role, and the conversation between employer and candidate happens inside the product. The interface is localised into six languages so cross-border candidates are not filtered out by language alone.
Platform at a glance
Concrete, verifiable properties of the product rather than adjectives.
