Real posting ingestion
We ingest openings from employer career sites and applicant tracking systems, then re-verify each posting against its source before it is shown. A job that left the source site leaves our platform too.
Model
Match, not keyword soup
Structured models read a posting the way a recruiter does — seniority, location, work mode, compensation, must-have skills — and rank candidates on fit instead of on keyword overlap.

Direct hiring conversation
Employers and candidates chat inside the product. No résumé black holes, no three-week silence: every application has a state, and every state is visible to both sides.
Built on verification
The hard part of hiring data is not volume, it is trust. Every publishable listing has to clear the same checks.
Employer identity
Company accounts are reviewed before they can publish roles, so candidate conversations start with a real organisation.
Posting liveness
Live listings are re-checked against their authoritative source endpoint on a schedule; dead or hallucinated pages are archived, not displayed.
Content integrity
Marketing pages, culture pages and section indexes are rejected at ingestion — a job card only appears when there is an actual requisition behind it.
