Company details
Where we are, what we do and how to reach us.
What we build
ASCAX develops the recruiting platform HireChats and the systems behind it: a job-posting ingestion pipeline that reads employer career sites and applicant tracking systems, a data-governance layer that continuously re-verifies that every published opening still exists at its source, a matching model that ranks candidates against real requirements, and a messaging layer that lets an employer and a candidate talk without leaving the app. The platform ships as a website plus iOS and Android applications.
Who it serves
Two sides, one product. Job seekers get a searchable, current, salary-transparent view of the market and a direct line to a named hiring contact. Employers get verified company profiles, structured requisitions and a pipeline where every application has a visible state instead of disappearing. The interface is localised into six languages so that cross-border candidates are not filtered out by language alone.
Principles
Written down because they change what we ship, not because they look good on a page.
1. A listing is a claim
Every job card is a claim about the world: this employer, this role, this pay, this opening date. We only publish claims we can trace back to an authoritative source and re-check later.
2. Transparency beats volume
We would rather show fewer openings that are all real and current than a larger number that a candidate has to disprove by applying to them.
3. Data subject rights are default
Candidates can export and delete their résumé, messages and account data, and requests are handled through a documented process rather than a best-efforts inbox.
